Co-operative Education Tax Credit | Available to employers who hire students enrolled in a co-operative education program at an Ontario university or college.

Employment Ontario Achievement Incentive (AI) Program | Supports employers, including those in group sponsor arrangements, by providing a financial incentive when apprentices meet specific training and certification milestones.
The Achievement Incentive program will offer up to $4,000 to eligible sponsors for each new/existing apprentice, which includes:

*The Increasing Employer Engagement in Apprentice Training Project is open to electrical and mechanical contractors across Ontario. You do not need to be a member of the Ontario Electrical League to join it. In order to enhance participation as much as possible and benefit the contractor community, the OEL wants to make sure that all participants understand that OEL membership is not required to join the project and enjoy the benefits, including the apprentice wage subsidy and health and safety training subsidy.
